The site says there are no presale tickets left for my show, why is this? I am a No Shoes Nation member!
Your NSN membership guarantees you ACCESS to ticket presales, but please keep in mind that due to overwhelming demand we cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase presale tickets. Make sure to visit the site as soon as presales begin. Please note that No Shoes nation memberships are non-refundable.
How do I renew my membership?
Your No Shoes Nation membership will automatically renew when your next payment period is up. We will charge the credit card that you have on file in our systems provided it is still valid. If you would like to review and update your account or would like to cancel, please visit your profile page.
What day does my presale start?
Scroll down to your show to find out the presale schedule for your specific show. If there is no presale info listed, it means that a presale for your show may have already taken place, or is yet to be announced.
What time does my presale start?
Presales for premium members typically begin at 10am local time and then open up to all members (basic and premium) the following day at 12pm local time.
Why can't I access the presale?
Presale access is limited to No Shoes Nation Fan Club members. Premium members get first access, basic members get second access. Login, sign up or upgrade to Premium here.
Why am I being asked to login again when checking out with my presale tickets?
You will need to create (or login to) a separate account with our ticketing partner during the checkout process. This ticketing account is NOT the same as your No Shoes Nation Fan Club account. If you do not have an account with our ticketing partner, you can create one ahead of time by visiting here.
Is there a presale code I should be using?
You will not need a presale code. You just need to be logged in with your NSN Fan Club account.
Why can’t I purchase more than 4 tickets?
There is a 4 ticket order limit per show.
Why am I not receiving e-mail reminders about presales?
If you feel you are not receiving your presale notification emails, check your spam and junk folders, or contact your email service provider. These emails come from email@example.com. If you’re still having issues, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
